PayPal for Business Mobile Strategy and Optimization.

I led the team to re-architect PayPal for Business. Our approach was to create a mobile first web application to greatly simplify and streamline the product selection and sign-up process. The team conducted extensive research: we studied customer behavior, analytics, and interviewed current and prospective PayPal customers to understand the user journey. I collaborated to create six different prototypes and tested each with customers to continuously refine and optimize the user experience, while also leveraging data from analytics. PayPal continues to integrate and deploy the new design patterns into their product.
